so i am disabled i have one working hand and my bad hans glanced over some keys i lost my alias menu and cant figure out how to retrieve it help pls?

HI EVERYONE. I HAD A STROKE LAST YEAR WHICH HAS LEFT ME WITHOUT THE USE OF MY LEFT HAND SO TYPING IS A CHORE.
