telnet proxy server

Hello I am looking for a proxy server suitable for telnet. Some proxy servers seem not to be suitable for telnet (port 23). Thank you.

Probably a better answer you would get from google'ing "freeshell proxy server".
There are quite a few places where they can give you shell access as many proxy servers will have 23 blocked. |
