Turns off the Gag mode so that text is displayed on the screen again. This command decrements the Gag counter which is incremented by GagOn so that multiple levels of gagging can be performed. When the counter is at zero, gagging is turned off. You can override this by giving a parameter to this command which forces the gag counter to zero.
