Design
Late 14th century Italian, based upon The Visconti Hours. Inspired by the blue castle illumination in LF85v, this illuminated 'A' castle is an original design. Gold leaf done using methods described in previous scrolls. Three shades of white-work done with different dilutions of white gouache, using water to blend with the background.
